I happened to grab a couple of mangos at the grocery store last night (it’s a new fruit for the baby) and one of them found their way into my dinner and it was delicious! If you are someone that loves fruit, protein and greens – this might be your perfect dinner! Enjoy….
Green Butter Lettuce
Grilled Chicken and/or Steak (I used both because the hubby grilled both up)
Fresh Chopped Mango
Add veggies if you like (this was as far as I was able to get with mine)
Dressing (Olive Oil & Vinegar was good)
